Deepak Amin CEO
Deepak has over 17 years industry experience. He worked at Microsoft for over 6 years first as a technical lead in the Microsoft Works applications team and then as a technical lead in the Windows 95 networking team. He was the first senior engineer on the Internet Explorer development team. He then started Indicus, a software development and consulting services company based in India. In 1999, he started vJungle, Inc, based in Redmond, USA that built a web services integration and deployment platform and went through 3 rounds of venture funding. vJungle was acquired in 2002 by Streamserve, a leading business communications company based in Boston, where Deepak served as Senior Vice-President of their web services and next generation technology team.

Deepak is also an active angel investor in technology startup companies in the US and India, is a limited partner in venture capital funds and is an advisor to several other venture capital firms in the US. He is an advisor to the board of Digital Partners, Seattle. He is on the board of Drishtee Ltd, a company based in New Delhi, India, that is setting up village information kiosks in rural parts of India using a commercial model for self-sustainability.

Deepak is the co-author of the HTTP-based IrDA standard that enables communication between devices over infra-red ports. Deepak is a regular speaker at technology and development conferences.

Deepak did his Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from IIT, Bombay (India) and Master of Science from University of Rhode Island (USA).

Satish Dhupdale CTO
Satish has over 18 years of industry experience, including 3 years working for Microsoft as part of the Microsoft At Work operating system and Windows 95 teams at the Redmond, USA campus. While at Microsoft, he was responsible for the architecture and development of all networking components connecting Windows desktops with Microsoft At Work compatible office peripherals. In 1998, Satish co-founded NetAce, a networking and system software consulting company based in Pune, India. Under Satish’s leadership, NetAce successfully executed many large projects and entire products for leading companies including Ricoh (Japan), First Virtual Communication (USA), Virata (UK), and IrisCube (Italy). NetAce also developed a powerful enterprise class Alerting Server that has been deployed at several customers in India and US.

Satish’s vast hands-on experience includes roles of CEO, VP Engineering and Technology Architect. Satish has extensive experience with device drivers, networking and Microsoft Exchange Technologies.

Satish is actively involved with the academic community in Pune. He works closely with several institutions in Pune, reviewing curricula, guiding research projects, and is on the faculty interview panels. He is also a regular guest lecturer on various technology topics.

Satish did his Bachelor of Technology from IIT, Bombay (India) and Master of Science from Penn State University (USA).

Ashutosh Pathak VP Engineering
Ashutosh Pathak has over 16 years of software industry experience in various roles, including 2 years at Microsoft (NASDAQ: MSFT). While at Microsoft, he was part of the Windows PowerPoint team and was responsible for architecture, development and automation of the application. In 2001, Ashutosh co-founded Mind Zone Pvt. Ltd., a software services and solutions company based in Pune, India. In his role as CEO and VP Engineering, Ashutosh helped the company successfully deliver software solutions to satisfied customers around the globe including USA, Italy, England. He also lead the effort in building a highly configurable demand chain management product, which has been successfully deployed at many organizations. The application allowed organizations to build a custom solution with minimal modifications and to go to market within a short period of time.

Ashutosh's hands-on experience includes roles as CEO, Architect, Technology Consultant. He has vast hands-on experience in various domains and in various technologies on Microsoft and Unix platforms.

Ashutosh holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from University of Pune (India) and has been felicitated as a university rank holder.

Sanjiv Marathe Director of Engineering
Sanjiv has over 20 years of industry experience. His experience includes working as a Software Developer, Technical Lead, Project Manager, Database Specialist and Solution Architect. His experience covers all phases of Software Development life cycle - from Analysis, Design, to Development, Testing, and providing 24x7 support. Sanjiv has worked with customers like Schwab Capital Markets (New Jersey), Bankers Trust (New York), IBM (Singapore), Telco (India), and Al-Futtaim (Dubai) on complex projects including building cross-platform interfaces with disjoint Applications, Reengineering Business Processes and implementing corresponding enhancements in computer systems. Sanjiv has also worked as Faculty in Educational Institutions in Pune.

Sanjiv brings with him the domain knowledge and technical insight into the world of Finance, Banking and Capital Markets, ERP and Education.

Sanjiv did his Bachelor of Technology degree from IIT, Bombay, India and Diploma in Finance from Pune, India.

Haresh Sangani Principal Consultant and Director of Sales
Haresh has 14 years of experience being an engineer, manager, director and vice president. Prior to Covelix, he has worked with companies such as AT&T, Amazon.com, Expedia.com, National Instruments, Kronos and Hubspan.

Haresh's notable accomplishments include infrastructure deployment for Amazon.com Anywhere and Amazon.com's first extranet, leading the development of AT&T Wireless's first web-based corporate customer self-care system, building and leading Hubspan's product and engineering efforts, and leading of product development at Kronos. During his tenure at Hubspan, the company went from zero revenues to an established company with marquee clients such as GE, Boeing, and other fortune 100 enterprises. In those same years, the company also raised $25 million in venture capital and released multiple versions of various products which helped Hubspan build a leadership position in the Software-as-a-Service integration market. While at Kronos, Haresh was instrumental in turning around a team of sixty highly talented engineers and managers as well as significantly improving quality, reliability and performance of a hosted talent acquisition product line for large retail industry clients.

Haresh has an MS in electrical engineering as well as one in computer science from the University of Washington, Seattle. His interests include the outdoors, sampling different cuisines, reading, and writing.
