Software Development Engineer - Python

Number of positions: 01 | Type: Full time | Experience: 1+ years

Description:

You will be involved in software development and automation activities using Python and related technologies.

Required Skills:

• At least 1 year experience in software development
• At least 6 months experience in any OO language like C++/Java/Python
• Experience with open source libraries and frameworks
• Database skills, in Microsoft SQL server, or MySQL
• Good troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Should possess time management skills and should be able to work under serious deadlines
• The candidate should have an ability to work in a team environment as well as work individually, should be a self-starter, and should be able to motivate the team
• Some formal education in Computer Science theory (BE/Btech, Comp Sci, MCS, GDST from NCST, CDAC)

Desirable Skills: Following skills although not mandatory, are desirable:
• Good understanding of web technologies like HTTP, HTML
• Experience with Python or Java

Software Development Engineer - .Net

Number of positions: 01 | Type: Full time | Experience: 2+ years

Description:

You will be part of the development team developing applications based on .NET based Web technologies. You are expected to be able to develop programs based on functional specifications and design document.

Required Skills:

• At least 2 years of experience
• Experience with .NET framework
• Experience with C#, ASP.NET, ADO.NET, JavaScript
• Experience developing commercial browser based 3 tier applications
• Experience developing with Microsoft SQL server
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Sharp and Smart, good troubleshooting skills
• Should possess time management skills and should be able to work under serious deadlines
• The candidate should have an ability to work in a team environment as well as work individually, should be a self-starter, and should be able to motivate the team

QA Lead

Number of positions: 01 | Type: Full time | Experience: 6+ years

Description:

You will lead a team of QA engineers. Your responsibilities will include test planning, scheduling, executing and tracking the quality for web based applications. Your will analyze requirements, prepare and review test cases, execute test plans and perform defect logging and verification. You will also be involved in hands-on testing activities

Required Skills:

• At least 6 years experience in QA and Testing
• At least 2 years experience in leading and mentoring a QA team
• Experience in test strategy, test planning, creating test cases based on Functional Specifications
• Hands-on experience in executing test cases and doing functional and backend verifications
• Defect tracking and management
• Maintaining and tracking quality metrics
• Experience with testing web applications
• Good Understanding of web concepts like HTTP, HTML, sessions, cookies, etc
• Good understanding of databases and basic queries
• Good understanding on SDLC processes
• Good communication skills (verbal and written)
• Sharp and Smart, good troubleshooting skills
• Should possess time management skills and should be able to work under serious deadlines
• Should be a self-starter and should be able to motivate the team

Desirable Skills: Following skills although not mandatory, will be a definite plus:
• Formal education in Computer Science theory .
• Test scripting and automation
